a barreras en la accesibilidad de los procesos de selecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falta de capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Algunas empresas a\u00fan desconocen c\u00f3mo adaptar sus entornos laborales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfoque en puestos operativos<\/strong>: La mayor\u00eda de los contratos se enfocan en cargos de menor responsabilidad, limitando el desarrollo
